Our baggage was delayed so it was sent to the hostel. When we returned to hostel to take our bag there was two guys who sat on the stairs with our opened bag! Good for us that there mere nothing valuable. Be careful.

What is was the most important, I slept good in this hotel. The room (no, better to say, cell) is tiny but not particularly ugly. Finally I got what I paid for. And the price was cheap for hk. Location is great.
Be ready if they reject all credit cards you present for your booking. Finaly I contacted Booked.net staff to receive a confirmation to go without credit card approval. It was really a nervous strain... The cleanness of the sheets was doubtful. They changed them at my first reclamation but apparently the result was the same.

Took a 2 double beds room, the room is small, especially the bathroom (land is pretty expensive in hk) but it's clean & the room has everything just what you need - comfy beds, water heater, tv. After a day out at the city, you just feel like taking a hot shower then rest. The staff (Raj) is polite and friendly. The lady boss Ms Sabu is a very nice person as well.
It's on level 17, the lift took you up to level 16, then you have to climb up the stairs. If you don't have big luggage with you, that's fine. When you're dragging along a big luggage, that's different story.

Staff being nice, hot water for 24hrs, they clear the room for gabbage everyday.
Can hear the noise outside the door, toilet sink went wrong but nobody came to fix it...clear the room for gabbage without informing us(coz I assume they won't clear the gabbage for people who lived there...)

A lot of pple see us having luggage will ask if u need a room...but when ask how to get to the hostel when I say I book it. All just turn away.room size is super small.

Very little, only the location!
The room was not tidy, we was put into the same dirty sheets and pillow cases and beddings, as the people before us slept in.After complaining, the staff gave us new beddings. No towels was available before 5 hours after check in, Reason: All was dirty! The refrigerator was dirty, filled up with floor dirt and black hair! The staff was not friendly, with no skills, no service at all, only to immature young men, very impolite and not willing to help. There was up to 15 minutes waiting for the lift up to 11 floor. We stayed 5 days with no shift of bedsheets and towels, no toilet paper was available and there was only 5 programs on the TV,the 4 was Chinese! In short, I shall not return!

The location is good in a key shopping area
compared to alternative, the room was small (not really a family room). There is running water but pressure was low, The shower was very small. For the amount of money, it is too expensive

Well, how can I describe it? It is the last stop in hk. It is located in a good place, conviniet to subway, restarutant, and shopping malls. The boss is probabely from India or Arab, I am not sure. The staff in the reception is very nice. It is cheap.
But don't give high expectation based on such an affordable price. It is just a place, for stopping by, with curry smell all around. The room is really small which I can understand in hk, such an expensive place. I think it is much suitable for some people come to hk seeking for a job and being lack of money in the beginning. If u wanna a good vacation here, there might be some better choices.
